Occupiers Liability Act

This Act determines the care that an occupier is required to show toward persons entering on the premises in respect of dangers to them or their property on the premises. It creates a duty of care that the owner or tenant of premises or land has to see that a person entering the premises will be reasonably safe in doing so.
