This Act sets out a system of rules for the selling and buying of commercial goods. The Act defines "goods" to include ". . . (b) growing crops, whether or not industrial and things attached to or forming part of the land that are agreed to be severed before sale or under the contract of sale." The Act includes provisions on forming the contract, contract performance, conditions as to quality and fitness, buyer's right of examining goods, unpaid seller's rights and actions for breach of contract.
