This Act provides the framework for the incorporation of a Society for a variety of purposes, including charitable, educational, scientific, social, professional and agricultural. The Act contains provisions for incorporation and registration, by-laws and constitution, duties of directors, keeping of records, reporting requirements, membership, meetings and other matters.
