The BC Poultry Biosecurity Manual
was designed for the major 4 sectors of the BC Poultry industry;
namely

Commercial Egg Producers

Broiler Growers
-
Turkey Growers and
-
Broiler Hatching Egg Producers.
However, this manual contains valuable information regarding biosecurity that can be applied to all types of poultry farms. All producers of poultry should review this manual and where practical and relevant, apply these principles of biosecurity to your farm. If there are any questions or concerns regarding application of any biosecurity practice in this manual because of the type of poultry raised, a poultry veterinarian should be consulted before implementing the practice.
